VSS Formation
VSS-Formation is a network of trainers committed to combating sexist and sexual violence, harassment and all forms of discrimination in higher education and research.

VSS-Formation works with the entire academic community and supports schools in their policies to prevent and deal with violence and discrimination.
Created in 2018 byANEF- Association Nationale des Études Féministes, the CPED - Conférence Permanente des chargé.es de mission Égalité Diversité, and JuriSup, to share the skills and knowledge developed within these associations, in the service of ESR.
VSS-Formation is made up of multidisciplinary experts from higher education and research, including equality and diversity officers, sociologists, historians and legal experts.

National training courses paid for by the MESR
As part of the national plan to combat sexist and sexual violence (SGBV) in higher education and research, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research is supporting the training activities of the network VSS-training from CPED and ANEF.
Two training modules for people involved in reporting and handling acts of violence, harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination are available to all higher education and research establishments from September to December 2025.
Regional training paid for by the MESR
As part of the national plan to combat sexist and sexual violence (SGBV) in higher education and research, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research is supporting the training activities of VSS-formation (CPED-ANEF). As part of this partnership, the network intends to offer regionalized training courses.
